Sfc and DISM I did already and everything was fine (since quite a while I run sfc after every windows update ) - and a couple days ago I upgraded both graphic drivers, Intel and NVidia. Maybe (hopefully) the black screen was just a "one time event" anyway, time will tell. I'll post again, when it goes on.
