If you put a compressed air line into the hose by the jets you can blow most of the gunk back into the tank, which is a temp fix until it all settles over the plastic filter again. Often the pump and the lines near it get clogged with gunk. Remove it and clean it and flush the tank, then check the lines going up to the engine compartment and hood for any clogging.

Front and rear are the same part number. Minor PITA to get to the pump.
