WebTackifiers are chemical compounds used in formulating adhesives to increase the tack, the stickiness of the surface of the adhesive. [1] They are usually low- molecular weight compounds with high glass transition temperature. At low strain rate, they provide higher stress compliance [clarification needed], and become stiffer at higher strain rates. WebTuskbond Tack200 tackifier is a high solids spray adhesive with a high tack formulation. It is formulated, once dry, to provide a permanently tacky film making it suitable for carpet tiles as well as a wide variety of substrates to subfloors. Tack200 boasts extremely high coverage, designed as a one way stick applied directly to the floor.
